iRest is usually practiced lying comfortably on the floor, but you can also sit or even stand, if you so desire. The practice begins with profound relaxation.

The relaxation we experience allows us to feel our way out of our minds and into our bodies. As we ground our experience in the body in iRest we begin to know more of this moment in which we are living, rather than having our minds scattered all over the past and the future.
